Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the item.
Wrong Size Items purchased in the wrong size may be exchanged, subject to availability. Return and redelivery costs may apply.
Non-Returnable Items: Customised items, as well as worn or washed merchandise, cannot be returned unless they are defective or were incorrectly supplied.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
